DA Pulse provides an AI-powered text generation tool designed to assist freelancers in drafting proposals, cover letters, and gig descriptions. The service relies on third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (e.g., Groq / Llama 3) to generate content based on user inputs.

2. Use of Generated Content & Liability

The AI-generated content is provided for informational and drafting purposes only. While our tool is optimized to produce high-quality copy:

• We do not guarantee that you will secure clients, win jobs, or rank higher on freelance platforms by using this content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of the generated text before sending it to clients or publishing it online.
• DA Pulse and its creators shall not be held liable for any loss of business, account suspensions (e.g., on Upwork or Fiverr), or damages resulting from the use of the generated content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To keep this tool free and accessible for everyone, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to send bulk requests to our servers.
• Input illegal, highly explicit, or malicious content into the prompt generator.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload our API architecture.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain the rights to the final content you generate and choose to use. However, the website design, UI/UX, underlying code, and the "DA Pulse" brand are the intellectual property of Dineth Ashinshana.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the tool (or any part of it) temporarily or permanently without notice, particularly to manage server costs and API limits.
